At least eight people were killed and dozens trapped under rubble after a residential building collapsed in central Mumbai on August 31, local media reported. The Indian Express reported that the collapse occurred in the Bhendi Bazaar area of Mumbai. The building was over a century old. Thousands of structures of that age are said to have been put at risk by the worst rain to hit Mumbai in over a decade. Credit: Twitter/Suyash Desai via Storyful
