Emergency officials in Dickinson, Texas, rolled through neighborhoods after dark on Wednesday, August 30, offering food and water. Dickinson was one of the towns hard hit by flooding from Tropical Storm Harvey, and mandatory evacuation orders were lifted on Thursday. A curfew was in effect from dusk to dawn. Kymberly Moore, who took this video, said an emergency vehicle came through her neighborhood and others offering food and water. Behind the emergency vehicle was a truck loaded with food and water, she said. “We needed nothing but we went out to thank them and watch them,” she said.
