Gas prices in North Texas took a sudden jump and long lines developed at gas stations as two of the country’s main oil refineries shut down after being damaged by Hurricane Harvey, according to reports. Hurricane damage also forced a lot of gas stations to close, NBC News reported, such as the one seen in this video. Signs on the pumps say the station had run out of gas.
