Deputy who shot and killed man has previous weapons conviction

The Kewaunee County Sheriff's deputy involved in a fatal on-duty shooting on August 21 previously resigned over a weapons conviction in 2008, the sheriff's department told the Wisconsin Department of Justice Wednesday.
