Houston firefighters performed 50 additional water rescues since midnight into the morning on Wednesday, August 30. It adds to the thousands of rescues that were already performed since Tropical Storm Harvey first hit the area. Harvey made another landfall near Port Arthur, which was under water on Wednesday, as the storm continued to push away from Houston and toward Louisiana, according to a report.
