Rumble Tropical Storm Harvey caused extensive flooding in Houston, Texas on August 27. Brays Bayou burst its banks and turned nearby roads into rivers, as seen in this drone footage. According to reports from the Houston Chronicle, other bayou systems running through Houston, including Buffalo and White Oak Bayous, also overflowed due to the storm.
