Firefighters spent over an hour on August 25 trying to put out a duplex fire that broke out in Victoria, Texas, while wild winds from Hurricane Harvey battered the town, which sits just 40 miles from the coast. Joe Ramirez, who streamed the blaze from start to finish over Facebook Live, captured emergency services trying to put out a fire that broke around 8.15 pm on Friday evening. The Victoria Advocate reported the duplex burnt down to the ground. Credit: Facebook/Joe Ramirez via Storyful
