Rumble Hurricane Harvey ramped up to Category 3, with top sustained wind speeds of 125 mph at 60 miles off the Texas coastline late Friday afternoon, August 25. Harvey is expected to make landfall between Corpus Christi and Matagorda before meandering inland.
