Chinese People’s Liberation Army troops stationed in Macau helped clean-up efforts on August 25 after Typhoon Hato destroyed parts of the city two days earlier. The storm left 10 dead, more than 200 people hurt and streets flooded and covered in knocked-down trees and debris. Some parts of the city had no power and no water for several days.
