Rumble Grocery store shelves were emptied at a Kroger in Humble, Texas, on August 24, as residents near the Texas coast prepared for Hurricane Harvey to make landfall. Harvey is expected to make landfall on Friday night near Corpus Christi. Mayor Joe McComb has issued a voluntary evacuation order for the city, according to CNN.
