My Carnivore Journey - My 5k race (footage and commentary)

Hello all. The other day, Saturday, September 23, I competed in a 5k race that was put on by Newton's Karate here in North Carolina. I was able to complete the race in 1:10:52. It was such a great time and I am so glad I was able to complete the who race.

I just wanted to say thank you to Jimmy Newton and Newton's Karate for putting on this event and having space for me to be able to enter.
