Storm Shield Forecast morning update 8/9/18

Expect a high of 105 in Bakersfield, Taft and Wasco today with 106 in Arvin and Lamont. Lake Isabella looks to top out at 103 this afternoon with 104 in Kernville. Tehachapi and Frazier Park are in the low 90s today. The hottest cities in the county once again go to Ridgecrest and California City with forecasts of 110 to 114 possible today with an Excessive Heat Warning still in effect down there.
