1987 Dover Impulse Hydraulic Elevators at 205 Regency Executive Park (Charlotte, NC)

Going a few months without a fresh Dover Impulse find was very weird. And to start back up, here is a shiny boi! The elevator looks nice, but the running quality could be a lot better. It does have a Low Pitch Dover Buzz though. I think the other one might've been broken down during the filming of this video.
