Strange 1999 Otis Series 4 Elevonic 411 Traction Elevators at US Bank (Charlotte, NC)

These are some strange installs... in a bank of all places. I was expecting normal hydraulics, but I got tractions instead! 4 Story Elevonic 411's are not common to come by whatsoever. These also sport Series 4 buttons, but have the interior design meant for Series 2 with the Rounded Circle for the Green Indicator.

Excluding the weird installs, this whole building is weird. There are like 3 entrances and the one in the middle is how you access these elevators. This floor only has one door to the US Bank and that's it, the entire "lobby" is just concrete like it's an unfinished building. The elevators are tucked in the back corner and the other floors judging by the 4th floor are also empty, like these are still under construction. Very unusual install in a very unusual building. Also, totally a missed opportunity to have actual US Elevators here.
