Severe flooding and a deadly mudslide hit Freetown, Sierra Leone, on August 14. This video shows the scene in the Regent neighborhood, where dozens of houses were buried. Nearly 400 people died in the mudslide, but the death toll is expected to rise to over 500, chief coroner Seneh Dumbuya told Reuters. The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) said at least 3,000 people were left homeless and recovery efforts were underway. Credit: Facebook/Duoi Asa via Storyful
