Golden Axe III - Sega Genesis

Golden Ax III (ゴールデンアックス|||Gooruden Akkusu Surī?) a side-scrolling Beat 'em Up video game developed and published by Sega, released for the Mega Drive in Japan on June 25, 1993. Only a North version was released -American for the Sega Channel.[1] The game was later re-released several times, as part of the Sega Genesis Collection for the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable, Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and digitally on the Wii Virtual Console.
Plot

Damud Hellstrike, the Prince of Darkness, took away the Golden Ax and placed a curse on all warriors. However, one of the heroes has his curse lifted and is sent to make things right - lift the curse on the others, defeat the villain and return with the Golden Axe.
