On April 24, 1967 Russian Cosmonaut "Vladimir Komarov" Soyuz 1 Capsule Went Completely Out Of Control As The Botched Russian Spacecraft Plunged Helplessly To The Earth, Due To Structural And Mechanical Errors With The Spacecraft. A Parachute Error Caused The Capsule To Impact The Earth During Re-Entry. Komarov Was Turned Into Molten On Impact. He Is The First Human To Die In A Space flight.
