Russian military police deployed at the entrance of the opposition-held town of al-Daar al-Kabira after a recent ceasefire deal in north Homs, as seen in this footage shared on August 8. The local community refused entry of 12 trucks on August 8, loaded with food from Russia, according to local activists. Syria’s General Authority for Negotiation with Russia reportedly refused the trucks entry, as it believed the release of Syrian prisoners was more important, the same source said. However, the aid was reportedly delivered on August 9, according to local sources. Credit: Baladi News via Storyful
