Three injuries were reported after a microburst blew the roof off a building on the pier in Cocoa Beach, Florida, on Thursday, August 3. Winds from Thursday’s microburst reached up to 50 to 60 mph, officials told the Florida Today. The three people injured were treated at the scene and the pier has been closed indefinitely.
