Double Woodland Ruffles

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Woodland Ruffles 20in long

Top- Cut Woodland Ruffles 20in long

For Bottom you will need 5 Pink Ruffles cut at 20in and 5 Turquoise Ruffles cut at 20in

For Top you will need 4 Pink Ruffles cut at 20in and 4 Turquoise Ruffles cut at 20in
