Over 40 years ago, John Hinckley Jr. would be arrested for attempting to assassinate then President Reagan due to inspired by Martin Scorsese's "Taxi Driver" with the hopes of impressing actress Jodie Foster. After being institutionalized for 35 years, John was released on the prowl in 2016 and since then has made a name for himself in the outsider music scene and in the art world.
