Man breaks neck jumping off anchored boat near Ocean City

A Berlin man suffered life-threatening injuries after he jumped from an anchored boat near Ocean City Inlet early Monday morning. Richard Wade Tesar, 30, was aboard a 22 ft. boat with six other people when he decided to jump off. He lost his footing, fell and broke his neck, according to Maryland Natural Resources Police.
