Bolverk and the Ravens try to navigate the mine tunnels of Bindal but get hounded by stalkers and Dredge all along the way. They eventually get cornered by Eyeless, one of the Dredge's Sundr. Powerful immortal Dredge with unique abilities. Bolverk and the Ravens manage to defeat Eyeless and her dredge but are ultimately saved by Zefr and Nikels. Meanwhile Rook's caravan is braving the Old Woods, a mysterious forest that is said to hold many dangers as well as delights. Rook does his best to get his people through these strange woods.
