Wild winds wreaked chaos across Melbourne on July 29 with gusts of up to 130km/h sweeping through the area. Herald Sun reported the winds caused blackouts, toppled trees and disrupted flight schedules across Melbourne. This video shows a Qantas A380 that was delayed by almost an hour flying in from Sydney, before being delayed again for over five hours before departing for Los Angeles, making a shaky landing in turbulent winds.
