One of my most peaceful experiences was diving and being 30ft under the ocean and hearing absolute silence. I wanted to recapture that feeling except with the soft, tranquil sound of the deep ocean along with the majestic sound of whales. The manner with which they calmly navigate this underwater world few have ever come to know is just majestic.

STEPS:
1 - Relax to the sound of the deep ocean water current and the call of whales as they navigate this wonderfully majestic world. Imagine yourself floating along the current, free of worldly constraints or stress while practicing your breathing. Free yourself and let go.
2. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired
