Pastor Bob Lenz "The Offering" God wants 100%, Not 99%

The Tithe is all about being "Sold Out" to Christ! When we hold back any part of our lives including our finances, it shows a lack of trust and a deeply rooted faith. Money is the most challenging for professing Christians to give to God what belongs to Him. Ongoing debates on is it 10% or? No, Its all about "Am I giving all I have and am to the God I profess to believe in and follow.?" None of us can fake a relationship with Christ. Spouses that tithe in secrecy from their husbands and wives in fear that if the spouse finds out they will have to deal with anger and arguing. So, the tithing spouse compromises and chooses to hide their tithes from a husband or a wife. Instead of compromising, a spouse should walk in complete faith and not in the shadow of fear. God wants 100% and no spouse should have control over a professing believers walk with Christ. It takes courage, boldness and trusting God to give 100% of self.
