Storm Shield Forecast morning update 7/19/17

Fresh air starts coming in from the northwest today, bringing a bit of cooling. It's hard to tell just how much that affects us this far south, but I think today will top out right at 100 in Bakersfield. The Kern River Valley will be in the mid-90s with haze today with the southern mountains seeing upper 80s for Tehachapi and mid-80s in Frazier Park.
