US Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kansas, spoke to a packed town hall in Palco, Kansas, on July 7 about his dissatisfaction with the proposed healthcare bill to replace the ACA. Moran said that Kansans are his first priority and he’s “very interested” in protecting people with pre-existing conditions. He said he would consider voting for a bill that included changes he feels are “satisfactory.” Moran joined Utah Republican Sen. Mike Lee late Monday, July 17, in opposing the bill currently before the Senate, effectively killing it. Credit: YouTube/Chris Reeves via Storyful, Kansas Daily Kos
