More than 100 apartments, 30 homes and a school are without water while crews repair a water main break in northwest Baltimore. A Department of Public Works valve truck turned off the water to the broken 16-inch water main in the 4700 block of Greenspring Avenue, so crews could begin the repair Tuesday afternoon.
