The ATF has "fixed" a so-called "gun show loophole" by cracking down on gun owners who sell their guns at gun shows. But Glenn argues that in order to enforce this rule, the ATF would have to implement a federal gun registry, which Congress has opposed since our nation's founding. Glenn explains how this new rule and Congress' surrendering of its powers to the federal bureaucracy are both unconstitutional and destructive to the country.
