This is a 2 hr. meditational video utilizing all 8 of the Nogier Tones and some visual graphics. There is also some binaural beat undertones, so using headphones is recommended, but not required. Nogier Tones are similar to Solfeggio Tones, but do not use the same frequencies but are used to help heal the body, spirit and biosphere.
