Qatar ups stakes with LNG production hike

Rumble Qatar has announced it plans to raise liquefied natural gas capacity by 30 percent in an apparent show of strength in its dispute with Gulf neighbours. As David Pollard reports, the news came a day after France's Total signed a deal with Iran to develop the world's largest gas field, marking the first major Western energy investment in the Islamic Republic since the lifting of sanctions against it.
