El Nino-driven storms have left several apartment buildings hanging over the edge of coastal bluffs in Pacifica, California, prompting officials to allocate public money for demolition. The footage shows the severely eroded beach and the apartments teetering on the cliff edge, filmed in early February.A 20-unit apartment building in this group is scheduled to be demolished beginning Tuesday, March 8. It was deemed uninhabitable in 2010. One building in this area has already been demolished and another has been deemed unsafe and its residents evacuated.
