Up to 160 cyclists took part in a clothing-optional bike ride in New South Wales’ Byron Bay on March 13, with the goal of raising awareness of cyclists’ safety. The organiser told the Northern Star that riding without clothes raises public awareness because “people tend to look at people when they are nude”. This video recorded by a local resident shows the ride in progress, with many cheers and car horns sounding from nearby onlookers.
