A massive shelf cloud formed over the beaches of Cancun, Mexico, on Wednesday, May 4, amidst strong winds and rainy weather that caused partial flooding in the city, according to Mexican media reports. Winds to 30 km/h were reported in the beach city, with wave swells reaching five feet high.
