Drone Footage Shows Flood-Drenched Villages in Loiret

More than 700 people were evacuated from flooded areas of Loiret, near Orleans, in north-central France, by Tuesday, May 31. Loiret’s local council reported 19 roads were blocked and 18 were considered “very difficult to navigate” by evening. The Sports Palace of Orleans was converted into an emergency shelter for those displaced.This video shows drone footage from Fay-aux-Loges, Boigny-sur-Bionne and Donnery in the Loire region.
