Two trains collided and triggered a fire near Panhandle, Texas, on Tuesday, June 28. Residents in the southeastern part of the city are being evacuated because of the smoke, and at least four employees of rail company BNSF were involved. Emergency personnel reported they were having problems with people getting out of their cars to take photos and videos and asked drivers to stay in their vehicles, according to a report.
