You have friends over or just want to open a bottle of wine but don't have a corkscrew in the house or just can't find it? No problem! Because there are other ways to open a wine bottle without a corkscrew. In this video I'll show you how you can open a wine bottle with a shoe. Because a shoe you will certainly have around the house ;)

Sneakers or running shoes are best suited for this. You now take your wine bottle and remove the packaging at the top edge, so that you have a clear view of the cork of the wine bottle. Then you put the wine bottle into the scarf with the bottom down. Now hold the wine bottle tightly and hit the shoe against a wall. It's best to use a towel as a base so that you don't get the wall dirty.

Now you have to hit the wall several times with your shoe while holding the bottle tightly. After a while you will notice that the cork is coming out more and more. Just before the end you should stop hitting the wall with the shoe and pry the cork out with your hand. Don't end up with a mess in your apartment.

Be sure to try this trick if you don't have a corkscrew in the house and need to open a bottle of wine.
