Rumble At least two people were killed as heavy flooding hit Ellicott City, Maryland, on July 30. Almost 6 inches of rain, a full month’s usual rainfall, fell on the city from 7pm to 9pm on Saturday night. Many storefronts were torn apart and roadways collapsed under the weight of the floodwaters.These drone videos give an aerial view of the flood damage to the city.
