Vicki Dillard Crowe, a former federal prisoner convicted was sentenced to five years in federal prison for mail and wire fraud in connection with a mortgage fraud scheme. Vicki Dillard Crowe, also known as Vicki Dillard, was also ordered to pay $2.4 million in restitution.
Federal prosecutors said Crowe pocketed close to $1 million during the course of her scheme, which began in June 2004 and continued through December 2006, and in 2023 she is selling any and everything in the name of Edification of Black People!

Boyce attended the University of Kentucky (BA, BS) University of Kentucky (MS) Ohio State University (PhD), and ultimately would teach at Syracuse University he gave it all up to sell internet (get rich fast) business courses to unsuspected black people in the name of economic independence
