The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning for parts of the Harrisburg region in Pennsylvania on June 19. A flash-food watch was also put into effect until 9 pm. Earlier in the day, a tornado warning was issued for the northern part of Lancaster County until 2:15 p.m., but the warning shifted eastward.
