Not the Wisdom of Men but the Power of God

People must trust the power of the gospel of Christ, not the wisdom, eloquence, or personality of preachers. The gospel was revealed by the Holy Spirit and confirmed by the power of miracles. It reveals the wisdom of God that was ordained from the foundation of the world but was hidden till revealed by the New Testament apostles and prophets.
