Former IMPD officer imprisoned for hitting and killing a man while driving under the influence is now free

David Bisard was released from the Edinburgh Correctional Facility overnight. Bisard was sentenced to more than a decade in prison for driving under the influence and crashing into three motorcyclists, killing one.
