Aerial footage shows the aftermath of the flooding which took place on July 30 in historic Ellicott City, Maryland. As much as 6 inches of rain fell in about three hours Saturday night, leading the nearby Patapsco River to rise 13 feet, in turn causing severe flash-floods that left two people dead.This video was shot the day after the worst flooding and shows damage to streets, buildings and vehicles throughout Ellicott City.
