A miracle boy born with the ultra-rare 'two face' condition has defied all odds to survive to teenage years, celebrating his 13th birthday. Tres Johnson from Bernie, Missouri marked a milestone, despite doctors’ belief that the boy has 'zero chance of survival'. There are only 36 other documented cases in the world, many of which were stillborn.

His condition is called craniofacial duplication, where parts or all of the face are duplicated on the individual’s head. Tres’s parents have been battling with their son’s unique appearance in public, saying that many people who saw the boy were telling them to “put it down”

Little Tres has undergone several surgical procedures to help with the cosmetic issues, as well to help with the seizures he’s been having because of his condition. He has delays in development, but is constantly improving in all areas.
