Info from Licensor: "I had been driving my taxi as usual. I dropped a girl on the corner just before London Bridge and I received request for new customer about 200 yards backwards. The problem was that I was already in one way direction traffic. Navigation told me to go across the bridge and make a u turn to come back but I decided to do the left turn and go under the bridge and then come back from the side road. I believe my decision prevented me being on the way of that white van. it took me between 6 and 7 minutes to go pick up a French couple and to head up towards their hotel south of the river. so I drove again towards London Bridge and I saw flashing lights, buses and cars stopped on the bridge."
