As I slowly but consistently accumulated more and more weight throughout the years after becoming a sedentary office worker, I finally decided it was time for a change. Although I initially failed many times, I finally overcame obesity and I am healthy again. This video is a summary of my journey. I hope it can inspire many to do the same.
