TRIAL COUNTDOWN: Charlie Adelson | Part 1 #justicefordanmarkel

This is the first in a series I am creating, Trial Countdown: Charlie Adelson, in preparation of Charlie Adelson's trial for the murder of his ex brother-in-law, FSU Law Professor Dan Markel, which is currently set to begin on October 23, 2023 (jury selection). In today's video, I revisit the testimony of Marcia Rodriguez, retired digital forensic investigator with the Tallahassee Police Department, and Mary Hull, forensic accountant expert who formally worked for the Florida Department of Financial Services. Both witnesses testified at the 2019 and 2022 trials for Dan Markel (whereby one of the alleged hit men, Sigfredo Garcia, and the "middle woman," Katie Magbanua, were convicted). I discuss their prior testimony and my opinion on what we may see from both witnesses at Charlie's upcoming trial.

As always, Charlie Adelson is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
