Photographer Alan Dyer shot this impressive footage of the Southern Hemisphere sky in Coonabarabran, Australia over a four-night period. The video demonstrates how the sky moves “down under,” in directions opposite to what Northern Hemisphere residents are accustomed to. The Stars still rise in the east and set in the west, but they move at an angle to the left and set at an angle to the right.
