Southern Africa Drought Deeply Impacts Kruger Park Animals

Southern Africa has been has been hit with a major drought and the effects are being felt in <a href="http://www.krugerpark.co.za/" target="_blank">Kruger National Park</a>. The drought has put additional stress on the animals in the park.

Safari tour owner, Rhys Scott Dawkins, caught this shocking footage of a baby elephant trying to take more water from an adult elephant at a nearly dried-up pond. The older elephant is seen attacking the baby elephant in an effort to stop the young calf.
